Delivery & Shipping Policy
RecipeFromPhoto sells a digital service only. Nothing is posted to you — access is delivered online, instantly.

1. No physical goods
CHENG MING TRADING LIMITED does not sell or ship any physical product through recipefromphoto.com. There are no shipping fees, no couriers and no delivery addresses to enter.
2. How delivery works
What you buy is access to the RecipeFromPhoto web service. The moment Stripe confirms your payment, your account is upgraded and the paid limits apply. In practice this is immediate; if a webhook is delayed it may take a few minutes.
3. Where it is available
The service works in any country where our site is reachable, on any modern browser, with no installation. English and Simplified Chinese are supported.
4. If access does not arrive
If your plan has not upgraded within 30 minutes of payment, sign out and back in first. If it still has not, email [email protected] with your Stripe receipt and we fix it or refund you.
5. Receipts
Stripe emails a receipt for every charge to the address on your account. Past invoices are available in the billing portal linked from the pricing page.
6. Returns
Because nothing is shipped there is nothing to return. Money questions are handled by our refund policy.
