Refund Policy
Try the free tier first, upgrade only if it earns it, and ask us for a refund if something went wrong. We would rather refund you than argue.

1. Try the free tier first
The free tier needs no payment and no card. Use it as long as you like to see whether the daily allowance matters to you before you pay for anything.
2. 14-day refund window
If you were charged for a subscription for the first time and you are not satisfied, ask us within 14 days of that charge and we refund it in full. We do not require a reason.
3. Refunds we always give
- Duplicate charges, or a charge for a plan you did not order.
- A renewal charged after you cancelled.
- A paid period during which the service was unusable because of a fault on our side.
- An accidental renewal you tell us about within 14 days, where the new term was not substantially used.
4. When we may decline
- A renewal term that is more than 14 days old and was used normally.
- Accounts closed for breaking the terms of service.
- Repeated refund requests across multiple accounts or billing cycles.
5. How to cancel
Open the pricing page while signed in and use the billing portal to cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the term you already paid for.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the date and amount of the charge, or the Stripe receipt. We answer within 1 business day.
7. How the money comes back
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe usually posts the refund within 5–10 business days; the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
8. Statutory rights
This policy is in addition to any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of your own country. It does not take those rights away.
